Our mangoes

are meticulously cared for by a staff of farmers with over 25 years of experience.

Each tree is cared for and monitored to produce the best quality mangoes possible. Mangoes are kept on the tree until they reach the optimum point of maturity for harvest. When the time is right, the fruit is carefully plucked from the tree using a special tool that avoids injury to the fruit.

Each mango is pre-selected in the field according to the size and quality our clients demand. We choose the mangoes with the best size and quality, free of stains and other types of damage.

Packaging

The mangoes are driven a short distance from the field to the packing center. Upon arrival, the mangoes are washed in an organic solution that cleanses them of any residue from the field, especially tree sap. It is then treated in hot water for a few minutes, in accordance with the regulations stipulated by the USDA, to then be cooled in water, dried, and packed in boxes specially designed for optimal mango transport and handling.

Transport

The mangoes are transported from the packing house to the final delivery point in refrigerated trucks with controlled environments to ensure its premium quality.
